Education Attendance & Payroll Mgmt.

Proximity Card for Attendance / Leave Management

EdMetrix after intensive research on enabling technology effectively in the daily functions of the education institutions offers a customized solution to reduce time spent and enhance attendance / leave management systems for Students / Staff.

The Attendance / Leave Recording Management System consist of three components:

* Time (Attendance) Recording Unit
* Attendance / Leave Reporting Software
* Attendance cards (Proximity cards / Smart Cards)

Attendance cards having unique codes are issued to all employees for swiping purpose. Students, Staff swipe their cards in Time Recording Units (TRU) while entering & exiting the institute’s premises. Card swipe registers Students / Staff IN & OUT time.

Time Recording Unit is electronic device meant for recording & storing card swipe timing and transferring them to Computer for further processing. The unit is available with different types of card code readers such as Optical, Bar, Magnetic, Proximity & Touch Token.
